Seminary Co-op Bookstores Choose Endpapers as a 2001 Notable Book

Chicago’s Seminary Co-op Bookstores have included Endpapers on their list of books published during the year “that helped define 2001 at the Co-op.” The landmark bookshops, which include legendary 57th Street Books in Hyde Park, “unscientifically gather” the names on their list, basing it on “unquantifiable criteria.” These are the titles, Seminary Co-op Director Jeff Deutsch says, “that helped define scholarship and inquiry. With the release of this annual list, we are continuing to advocate for the increased visibility of the crucial work of serious presses and authors. We trust that it will invigorate and inspire readers.” Browse the complete list here.
