Biographer David Michaelis, whose acclaimed life of Eleanor Roosevelt was published last year, joined Endpapers author Alexander Wolff to talk about telling highly personal stories in broader historical context during an event in conjunction with the 42nd Reunion of the Princeton University Class of 1979. The two met as college sophomores in Humanities 406, “The Literature of Fact,” a course taught by the late Robert K. Massie, author of Nicholas and Alexandra and Peter the Great.
