“Live from Prairie Lights,” the literary series hosted by Iowa City’s legendary Prairie Lights Books & Cafe, will feature Endpapers author Alexander Wolff; Judy Polumbaum, author of All Available Light; and Brett Dakin, author of American Daredevil, in a remote event on Wednesday, July 14, at 7 pm Central time. Each title is a family memoir centered on an ancestor–Judy’s photographer father Ted Polumbaum; Brett’s comic publisher great uncle Lev Gleason; and Alex’s book publisher grandfather Kurt Wolff–who practiced his craft in spite of being targeted for his politics. Sign up for the event here; all registrants who purchase a book through Prairie Lights will receive a limited edition Ted Polumbaum print.
